I believe that an individual cannot be isolated from their community. True, lasting change takes place when the community is included in a collective effort to improve not only the lives of my clients but also the systems we all exist within. Advocacy and increasing mental health literacy are imperative to this mission.

Below are my workshops and conferences I have led as part of this ongoing commitment:

Selected speaker for the 2024 Race, Equity, and Social Justice Conference hosted by the University of Washington Behavioral Health Institute.

Presented on the lack of data and visibility surrounding minority women's experiences as healthcare providers.
