Who can benefit from therapy?

Counseling services can benefit anyone and can be utilized to address a variety of stressors and challenges. Social connection and honest introspection within a safe space is a powerful tool and an integral agent for positive change. Anyone and all can benefit from therapy.

Before beginning services, I offer a 15-minute consultation to learn more about you, your goals, and what you're seeking in therapy. Following that, we'll complete an assessment to better understand your symptoms and guide effective treatment. 

When can I start? 

If you'd like to move forward, we can schedule a weekly session time and begin whenever you feel ready!
